2009 and 2010 Residential Program
- Prior to the program being put on hold, the CSLP provided financing to Boulder County homeowners to make energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements to their properties. View the eligible measures list.
- Homeowners applied for a $3,000 minimum or a $50,000 maximum (or 20%of the statutory value of your home, whichever is less). Financing was structured to be repaid by the homeowners through special assessments on their property taxes.
